KITCHEN UNFORTUNATELY DISGUSTING, OTHERWISE COMFORTABLE

🙁 he kitchen facilities were disgusting unfortunately, the dishwasher had a terrible rotten smell and even the “clean” dishes in the cupboard either had food traces on them or some even had the same rotten-moist smell as the dishwasher. Basically not utilizable to cook yourself / use plates etc. For the price we would have expected it to be clean.
We stayed two nights and notified the owner after the first night spent, when we noticed. A cleaner was supposed to be sent the next day, but that was when we were already leaving.

Thank you for your review. And annoying that you experienced it this way but in my opinion you were only looking for a discount on your stay. The last night of your stay I get the message that the kitchen is not clean. While you were already there for two days. I offered to send a cleaning lady immediately to which you replied that it was not necessary. However, I asked how I could help you and you indicated that you wanted a discount on your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot agree to that if you stay in the house for two days and then report that something is not clean. We would be happy to solve the problems if there are any. But they must be reported in a timely and honest manner.
